    Subscriptions go on sale to the public starting May 21 at 1 pm.
     
    Ticket Exchange Policy for Subscribers ONLY
    • If you are unable to attend one of your regular performances, you may exchange your tickets for another Tilles Center presentation.
    • Any adult subscription ticket may be exchanged for any performance listed in the subscriber guide.
    • Exchanges may be made beginning September 2 at 1 pm, when the Tilles Center Box Office will open for SUBSCRIBERS ONLY.
    • Of course, exchanges can be made throughout the season as well.
    • A $2.00 fee per ticket will be assesed for each exchange made.
    • Tickets are accepted for exchange on an availability basis only. You may not always be able to get comparable seating for the event you are exchanging into. Exchanges are based on the face value of the ticket. If exchanging into a higher price ticket, you must pay the price difference. If exchanging into a lower price ticket, you will receive a credit to use toward another Tilles Center presentation within the 2010-11 season.
    • All exchanges must be made at least two hours before the exchanged event occurs.
    For more detailed exchange instructions please refer to the Subscriber Exchange Policy Pocket Guide you will receive with your subscription tickets in August or call the Box Office at 516.299.3100.

    HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE
    Subscribers are discouraged from making exchanges one half hour before performances as the limited time makes it difficult to complete exchange transactions.
     
    What if I only want to buy tickets to a single show?
    Tickets for the 2010-11 season are available as part of a Series only until September 10, except for Gala 30 which goes on sale to the public June 4. For more info call 516.299.3100, Monday through Saturday, 1 pm to 6 pm. See 2010-11 Subscription Series info here.
