  • Order by Telephone at TILLESCHARGE

    TillesCharge (516-299-3100) accepts orders for single tickets by telephone with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card. Tickets can be mailed (if time permits) or held at the Box Office for pick-up. There is a per ticket service charge for orders placed by telephone. Tickets cannot be held without payment.




     
  • Order by Mail

    Requests for single tickets may be mailed in with complete name, address, phone number, and check payable to Long Island University, or a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card number, expiration date and signature. The request should include performance title(s), day, date, time, number of tickets needed, and any applicable discount information. Tickets will be sent by mail if time allows, or held at the Box Office for pick-up.




     
  • Box Office Hours

    Regular Box Office Hours are Monday to Saturday from 1 to 6 pm.
    After June 13, Box office hours are Monday to Friday from 1 to 6 pm.

    The box office will be closed on Friday, July 3 for Independence Day.

    How To Order
    • Reserve Your Seats: Once you've decided on a performance(s), download the printable order form (see below). Mail or fax (516.299.3817) the completed order form to Tilles Center. An invoice with payment due dates will be mailed to you within 48 hours of processing the order. Do not mail any payments with the order form. You will also receive a seating chart, with the location of your group's tickets clearly marked. Remember - you can estimate your ticket number now - you can change your ticket order until final payment is made, providing it does not drop below the group minimum (15 tickets).
    • Send your Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due within 14 days of the dated invoice. This deposit secures your seats until one month prior to the performance, when final payment is due.
    • Collect Money, Final Head Count, Make Final Payment: Give yourself plenty of time to receive everyone's payment. Remember that final payment is due at Tilles Center no later than one month prior to the performance, and must be in the form of one check or credit card payment.

    The Fine Print:
    • A "group" is comprised of 15 or more people attending the same performance.
    • Reservations should be made in writing as soon as possible to ensure the best seating. All reservations must be received in writing by mail or fax.
    • A 10% non-refundable deposit is due within 14 days of reservation. Balance due no later than one month prior to performance date. Final payment must be made by a single check or credit card payment. Until balance is paid, your group may change the ticket order without penalty, providing it does not drop below the group minimum. Failure to comply with payment schedule will result in the releasing of seats.
    • Group discount cannot be combined with any other offers, or applied to previously purchased tickets.
    • A $5 handling fee will be added to the price of each group order.
    • Ample disability seating is available; please make a note on your order if any members of your party require special seating.
    • Group orders subject to availability.
    • Once final payment is processed tickets will be mailed to the address on file.
    • No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Programs, artists, and dates are subject to change.

    The prices in the brochure represent a 15% savings off full ticket price for a group of 15 or more and 20% savings off full ticket price for a group of 50 or more. Each price includes a $1.50 facility fee.

    Group orders will be processed in the order in which they are received beginning Monday, August 10. Single tickets go on-sale to the public beginning Friday, September 11. Get your orders in fast to reserve seats for your group!

  • Discount Programs

    For most performances:
    Single tickets:
    $17 - college students - limit of 2 tickets
    $12 - Long Island University full time undergraduate students with valid LIU ID - limit of 4 tickets
    Half-price: Long Island University staff and faculty - limit of 2 tickets
    There is a senior discount available for most performances.
    Group discounts available for most performances. See above for prices, or call (516) 299-3100.

    Discounts not applicable on any previously purchased tickets.
    There are no discounts of any kind offered on tickets purchased via the internet.

    Tickets for the 2009-10 season will go on sale to students, faculty and staff on September 21st at 1 pm.




     
  • Student Tickets

    There are discount tickets for students for most performances.
    $17 - college students with ID
    $12 - Long Island University full time undergraduate students with valid LIU ID

    High 5 student tickets are available 2 hours before most performances.

  • Latecomer Policy

    Latecomers and those who leave the theater will be seated at the discretion of the artists and management.
    Please note show times and arrive early.




     
  • Box Office Policies

    All tickets are non refundable.
    ONLY tickets purchased as part of a subscription are exchangeable.




     
  • Ticket Exchange Policy for Subscribers ONLY

    If you are unable to attend one of your regular performances, you may exchange your tickets for another performance.

    Tickets are exchanged for the actual price value of the ticket. Seat upgrades, day of show, can be made with the same show for free.

    Exchanges may be made beginning Thursday, September 3 at 1 pm. Subscriptions go on sale to the public on Tuesday, June 3 at 1 pm.

    Of course, exchanges can be made throughout the season as well.

    A $2.00 fee per ticket will be assesed for each exchange made.

    Tickets are accepted for exchange on an availability basis only. You may not always be able to get comparable seating for the event you are exchanging into.

    All exchanges must be made at least two hours before the exchanged event occurs. Subscribers are discouraged from making exchanges one half hour before performances as the limited time makes it difficult to complete exchange transactions.

  • How to Order School-Time Performance Tickets

    Reservations for School-Time Performances are taken by mail or fax only and are processed in order of the date received. There is limited seating and orders will be filled subject to availability.

    Beginning in September, an invoice with payment information will be mailed to you. Payment in full, or approved school purchase order, is due no later than one month prior to the performance.
