Attendance is Free!
Attendance at these classes is free thanks to the generous support of Dance Party for Parkinson's.
Tilles Center's Dance for Parkinson’s classes are open to any individual with Parkinson’s disease, anyone with limited mobility, and their caregivers. No previous dance experience is necessary.
Recent data reflects that dance is beneficial for Parkinson’s disease patients. Activities improve balance, mind-body connection and provide social support. Each series of classes offers a variety of styles and specialized instructors. Participants will dance at their own pace and may sit or stand during each class.
