Herbert and Dolores Goldsmith Atrium
Come dance down memory lane with the ArtBeat LI Silver Edition program! We'll start with a seated or standing warm-up, learn the basic "steps" and then put it all to music. Each session includes trivia, a discussion of beautiful memories, and ends with a fun line dance. Participants may be seated or standing and partner dancing is optional. No previous experience is necessary.
Silver Edition dance classes are designed for those with limited mobility and are appropriate for all ages and abilities. Classes are available for those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and/or other neurodegenerative illnesses.
