Arts Insider are pre-performance events that give an insider’s view on what goes into each performance, setting the context for what you will see and hear on stage. This event is free for all Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company ticket buyers and takes place in the Krasnoff Theater from 5:45-6:30 pm. Advance reservations are highly encouraged by contacting the Tantleff Box Office, Mon-Fri, 1-6 PM, 516.299.3100. These programs are supported by the Gilbert and Rose Tilles Fund for Arts Education.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Gavin Creel, an extraordinary artist and human being. Gavin graced the Tilles Center stage in 2019 and was the inspiring Keynote Speaker at the Stage the Change conference we annually host. His heartfelt performance and powerful words left a lasting impact on all who attended - the students just loved him! - and he will be greatly missed by our community. Stage the Change is a non-profit dedicated to using theatre as a vehice for social change. This year, Stage the Change will honor Gavin’s life and legacy, celebrating the joy and inspiration he brought to so many. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest in peace, Gavin.
